按公司標準，負責廚房食材處理及製作; 管理廚房員工，排更等。協調所有廚房員工的工作流程，確保日常運作暢順; 預計、訂購食材和炊具，審查廚房庫存及點收訂購貨品，確保有充足存貨及避免浪費; 監督所有食品製作和儲存的衞生和清潔標準; 確保食品的風味、調味一致性
Kitchen Assistant
General duties of Kitchen Helper，按公司標準，負責廚房食材處理及製作; 不時轉換崗位，包括炸爐，扒爐，麵檔或煎蛋／蛋餅; 確保食品製作過程及設備保持衞生水平; 事先準備好每天的食材和工具; 負責洗碗(有洗碗機); 保持工作崗位的環境衛生和清潔及確保食物衛生
