協助屋苑/單棟式物業日常維修工作

$20,000 - $22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Bank Holiday and Medical Insurance, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week

負責巡樓及一般保安工作

負責一般保安員工作, 車場出入控制, 巡邏, 訪客登記, 處理客人查詢, 協助處理緊急事務件 (有生日假期, 入職周年紀念日假期, 每月50元購物禮券, 醫療福利(包括牙科及中醫)及員工購物優惠)

一般住宅或裝修後家居清潔工作, 主要處理一般住宅裝修後清潔服務或普通單位入伙前深層清潔服務, 需外勤/戶外工作,派駐客戶地點工作

General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, 負責一般工廠大廈保安工作, 負責巡邏

負責安裝、維修、保養及檢查商用中央空調系統(With Study Allowance and Transport Allowance)

負責跟單執貨及貨物搬運工作

負責駕車送貨工作(香港/九龍/新界)，上門收送各種儲物箱、傢俬、不同種類貨件，葵涌取車

負責屋苑園藝工作, 澆水, 修剪, 清理枯葉及垃圾, 施肥, 滅蟲, 一般保養工作

Responsible for the daily operation of the parking lot, monitoring the security system and customer service inquiries

負責駕駛旅遊巴士, 於東涌取車
