General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, 負責一般工廠大廈保安工作, 負責巡邏

$15,120 per month, with Overtime Allowance $42 per hour, 7:00PM-7:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day

負責安裝、維修、保養及檢查商用中央空調系統(With Study Allowance and Transport Allowance)

負責跟單執貨及貨物搬運工作

負責駕車送貨工作(香港/九龍/新界)，上門收送各種儲物箱、傢俬、不同種類貨件，葵涌取車

負責屋苑園藝工作, 澆水, 修剪, 清理枯葉及垃圾, 施肥, 滅蟲, 一般保養工作

Responsible for the daily operation of the parking lot, monitoring the security system and customer service inquiries

負責駕駛旅遊巴士, 於東涌取車

負責執行商廈日常保養包括水電冷氣三行維修工作, 協助突發性及週期性維修工作, 管理存倉及翻新設施等 (工作時需須穿著制服) (有每年安康假1天)

負責照顧學童上落車, 維持車上學童安全及清潔車廂

負責鍋爐之日常操作,保養及管理工作,協助設備之維修保養工作、來去水系統及水泵系統保養工作

負責屋宇設備包括冷氣或電器等維修
