負責巡樓及一般保安工作

$450.00 per day, 11:00PM-7:00AM, 1 - 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day

負責一般保安員工作, 車場出入控制, 巡邏, 訪客登記, 處理客人查詢, 協助處理緊急事務件 (有生日假期, 入職周年紀念日假期, 每月50元購物禮券, 醫療福利(包括牙科及中醫)及員工購物優惠)

一般住宅或裝修後家居清潔工作, 主要處理一般住宅裝修後清潔服務或普通單位入伙前深層清潔服務, 需外勤/戶外工作,派駐客戶地點工作

General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, 負責一般工廠大廈保安工作, 負責巡邏

負責安裝、維修、保養及檢查商用中央空調系統(With Study Allowance and Transport Allowance)

負責跟單執貨及貨物搬運工作

負責駕車送貨工作(香港/九龍/新界)，上門收送各種儲物箱、傢俬、不同種類貨件，葵涌取車

負責屋苑園藝工作, 澆水, 修剪, 清理枯葉及垃圾, 施肥, 滅蟲, 一般保養工作

Responsible for the daily operation of the parking lot, monitoring the security system and customer service inquiries

負責駕駛旅遊巴士, 於東涌取車

負責執行商廈日常保養包括水電冷氣三行維修工作, 協助突發性及週期性維修工作, 管理存倉及翻新設施等 (工作時需須穿著制服) (有每年安康假1天)
