General duties of Cook (Chinese Food); 每天按照制訂的營養餐單，準時烹調早餐、午餐、晚餐及下午茶；包括為有特別需要的院友供應低鹽餐、糖尿餐、特別餐、糊飯及稀飯等; 檢查凍肉櫃及冷藏櫃的溫度及每星期最少清洗凍肉櫃及冷凍櫃一次; 落單購貨、小心驗收供應商送來的貨品; 要詳細記錄廚房內的食物、蔬菜、乾貨、煮食爐具
