General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants (工作地點: 坑口東港城)
Basic salary with Commission around $18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Purchase Discount, Incentive Bonus, Promotion Opportunity and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, 2小時休息時間
Senior Rehabilitation Worker
To oversee & monitor centre affairs e.g. repair & maintenance, supervise & provide guidance for menial & program staff, assess the need of service users, provide care & rehab. program etc. Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis.
