Repairing/ Maintenance Skilled Worker
負責大廈日常維修及保養工作; 一般日常設施維修及保養, 包括水喉, 渠務, 木工, 五金, 泥水及油漆等工作; 定期巡視及檢查大廈之設施; 提供緊急維修服務; 及定期向管業處匯報獲指派之工作進度
