預備食材；醃肉及洗切海鮮；協助大廚及總廚設計新菜式；管理下屬。
每月 $ 20,060, 上午9時至晚上11時﹝當中包括1小時用膳及下午2時至下午6時休息﹞ / 中午12時至晚上10時﹝包括1小時用膳﹞。每天工作9小時。需輪班。 (每週工作6天)
Carpenter
Assemble various wood products, such as furniture, doors, etc. Perform wood cutting, trimming, etc. Use carpentry tools. Inspect and repair wood. (Will not work on construction site)
Electrician
Regular inspection to all components, liaise with contractors, provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, provide technical support (will not work on construction sites)
Plasterer
Mainly responsible for the plastering work and handling the required operations related to the mud and water plastering work. (Will not work on construction sites)
Bricklayer
Mainly responsible for bricklaying work and handling the required operations related to mud-water bricklaying work. (Will not work on construction sites)
Draughtsman
Create drawings & plans using CAD software & equipment; Prepare detailed/layout drawings; Measure dimensions; Modify layouts; Coordinate & review the work of technicians; Liaise with customers.
Electrician
Install electrical equipment; Detect faults & repair; Install, inspect & maintain power supply & distribution equipment; Routine maintenance of power system & emergency repair; Repair elec. circuit.
Gardening Worker
Performing gardening duties, incl. planting, pest killing, weeds removal, watering, fertilizing, etc.; Pruning; Operating gardening machines.
