Assisting the manager/ess to supervise works carried out by Contractors on site, Reading and Underground Drawings and Contract Documents, Carry out Inspection, check report and drawing; update all site records, etc.
Assistant Chief Steward
Supervises all activities in the Food & Beverage stewarding section, ensures adequate provision of utensils, chinaware, equipment cutlery and the cleanliness of stipulated areas and equipment.
