負責中央冷氣系統設備(FCU,風櫃,水泵等)維修保養；一般冷凝/空氣調節設備技工工作; 裝配、保養、測試及維修各種空氣調節及冷凝設備系統，主要協助商行客戶，檢查故障所在 (有醫療福利及交通津貼)
每月$20,000-$30,000(視乎經驗而定),有超時工作補假,超時工作津貼,進修津貼,手提電話津貼, 酌情性花紅, 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作6天, 每天工作 9 小時

Cleaner
Responsible for shop cleaning, Chinese Medicine Clinic cleaning; Must follow specific cleaning procedures, cleaning tools, safety procedures for cleaning, disinfection and tidy up; Outdoor shopping required (no toilet cleaning)
