Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Knowledge/exp. in quantity surveying, contract mgt, term contract and renovation is preferred
