Building Repairer / Building Maintenance Technician
General duties of Building Services Mechanic, Routine maintenance work, Responsible for building maintenance, including plumbing and electricity systems, etc.
Building Attendant/Security Guard
負責局內保安工作、巡邏、指揮車輛及訪客登記等工作; Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to children and mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis.
Building Services Mechanic
負責局內日常保養維修工作,如水電,木工,油漆等,有需要時會調派往其他單位協助工作。 Prospective employee(s) undertaking work relating to children and mentally incapacitated persons will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis.
Contract Worker (III)
Cleaning and washing, including: toilets, bedrooms, floor, clothing, windows and dishes, transporting goods and furniture if necessary (1 year contract, renewable)
Contract Worker (II)
Assist to look after the elder, e.g. showering, changing diapers, escort service to clinics, Assists in carrying out activities and outdoor activities (1-year contract, renewable)
