General duties of Building Services Mechanic, Routine maintenance work, Responsible for building maintenance, including plumbing and electricity systems, etc.
$18,000 - $19,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus and Medical Insurance, 9:00AM-6:00PM or 12:00PM-9:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
Building Attendant/Security Guard

Assist to look after the elder, e.g. showering, changing diapers, escort service to clinics, Assists in carrying out activities and outdoor activities (1-year contract, renewable)
Cleaner
Responsible for site office cleaning, serving tea, document delivering and other general duties.
