準備、安排、分發及盤點課堂實習所需的材料及工具；安裝、維修及保養實習工場的工具及設備，並處理維修計劃及保存良好記錄；協助指導學員完成工藝習作及遵循安全守則；協助製作及保存示範教具；負責保持工場安全清潔，並協助一般搬運工作；調撥及管理有關物資和工具的收發、採購及存取管理；協調及監督工人執行職務。
