準備、安排、分發及盤點課堂實習所需的材料及工具；安裝、維修及保養實習工場的工具及設備，並處理維修計劃及保存良好記錄；協助指導學員完成工藝習作及遵循安全守則；協助製作及保存示範教具；負責保持工場安全清潔，並協助一般搬運工作；調撥及管理有關物資和工具的收發、採購及存取管理；協調及監督工人執行職務。
$16,040 per month, with Medical Benefits, Performance Award and Annual Leave 14 days, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-5:00PM and Sat: 8:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day

Responsible for the implementation of the daily security management and Patrol work, deal with complaints and inquiries, deal with emergencies, Supervise the security system. Assist in the implementation of higher authorities.
