Basic Salary with Good Attendance Bonus and Allowance $12,500 - $14,500 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training and Promotion Opportunity, 7:30AM-4:30PM,3:00PM-11:30PM or 11:00PM-7:30AM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
Building Caretaker
General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, Patrolling, Visitor registration, Handling complaints and enquiries from guests and tenants, Vehicle registration, Performing general property management and customer service duties
HR & Admin Assistant
Provide admin support; Prepare notice, analysis repost; Liaise with internal and external parties for HR operation & activities; General Clerical & Filling duties
Business Services Assistant
Prepare Invoice and Documents, Coordinate for sales order logistics, Answer and follow up clients enquiries by email, fax and telephone calls (Proficiency in SAP system preferable)
