Shop Manager / Manageress - Life Living Store
General work of Shop Supervisor, Responsible for daily shop operation, Overseeing sales target, Stock management, cost control, Staff management e.g. preparing roster, supervising staff, providing training to newly joined staff, Serving customers, Manage daily store operations, arrange manpower, maintain store cleanliness and orderly flow of people, and handle cashier and delivery matters.
Cleaner / Dish Washing
Dish Washing with dishwashers, and daily cleaning of restaurants, kitchens and restrooms, including assisting chefs in cleaning tools, emptying and disposing of garbage, etc.
Driver
General duties of Driver, Providing driving services for the employer, family members and guests, Picking up and delivering goods to and from warehouse, Travelling between Hong Kong and the Mainland, Holding CHN Driving License. Collecting & delivering lunch boxes, ingredients, and various supplies throughout HK, & organizing storage. Independence working.
Kitchen Assistance and Cleaner
Assisting Central Kitchen chefs in preparing ingredients such as washing and cutting,cleaning tools, lunch boxes, and floors, cleaning the kitchen, emptying and disposing ofgarbage, etc.
