Day/Night Shift Estate Security Guard
Responsible for general duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, patrolling, visitor registration, handling complaints and enquiries from guests and tenants
Service Engineer (Telecom)
Handle in-house hardware repair and maintenance works (PABX & Telecom Product); Handle day-to-day operational support including but not limited to material preparation, ordering and sourcing etc.; Conduct regular site inspection, system health check and material quality testing & evaluation; Provide support on cabling & wiring work, inventory & stock control and regular & emergency call out; Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Senior Engineer / Engineer (Fire Service)
Participate in preparing tender, budget proposal & equipment submission as well as project coordination & mgt; Provide technical advice & guidance to project teams & subcontractors to ensure all site installation work are complying with contractual & statutory requirement; Monitor the progress of project & conduct periodic site inspection, testing & commissioning of building services installations & follow up on defect rectification work
