General duties of Customer Services Assistant, General administrative and clerical work, Following up the customers' cases; 負責以文字回覆車手的線上查詢，其中包括應用程式及客服專線上有關訂單的查詢; 每天審核送遞員於 App中上載的證明文件; 審核送遞員就訂單超時及其他違規問題的申訴; 處理車手查詢及分流車手問題到不同部門以作跟進; 需協助處理行政工作
