Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all carpeted areas and marble surfaces throughout the hotel; Inspect carpets and marble surfaces for stains, damage, or wear, and report any finding to supervisor for necessary repairs or replacements; Respond promptly to guest requests regarding carpet and marble; Responsible for inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is maintained; Follow safety protocols
$20,000 - $21,000 per month, with Birthday Leave 1 day, Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Meal provided and Shuttle Bus Service, 8:30AM-10:30PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
Housekeeping Coordinator
Coordinate all calls received in the Housekeeping Department and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards; Responsible for communication within Housekeeping Department and between Housekeeping and other departments, not limited to handle guest requests / complaints, room changes, repairs, maintenance and other related matters; Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness of HSKP
