General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants
Basic Salary with Commission around $16,000 - $18,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Purchase Discount, Promotion Opportunity, Sales Award and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, 7 working hours per day, 2 hours rest period
Web Programmer/Web Analyst Programmer
Development & implementation of Web applications, Systems integration & implementation of Web applications, Explore & recommend new technology to improve existing products & services (Knowl in Oracle, MySQL,Mongo DB & Web servers(Nginx,Apache),Welcome fresh grad.,will be considered as Programmer)

Responsible for cleaning furniture surfaces; cleaning glass doors and company signs; regular cleaning of the reception area.
