$17,000 per month or above, with Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave , Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 9:45AM-6:45PM or 1:15PM-10:15PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
Property Asset Officer
Handle day-to-day property operations; Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners; Supervise junior operational staff; Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
