Chinese Medicine Clinic Assistant
Responsible for patient registration, booking and answering patient inquiry, medicine dispensing, assisting medical practitioner, general cleaning and clinic work
Assistant Property Asset Officer
Assist the Property Manager/ess in supervising the property management team to handle day-to-day operations, Control and monitor vendor's performance, such as cleaning, security etc., Providing customer services, such as handling inquiries and complaints from tenants, Build up and maintain good relationships with clients, Performs other duties as assigned
Office/General Assistant/Administrative Assistant/ Clerk
To assist in general office duties e.g. photocopying, fax, scanning, sending out documents, data input etc,.;To prepare simple correspondence relating to land resumption and clearance projects;To assist in file management, packing and disposing of files and documents;To prepare and print site photos and plans; To handle public requests on the inspection of statutory plans and notices(需派駐客戶地點工作)
