Elevator / Escalator Assistant Mechanic
負責協助及學習安裝/維修升降機或自動梯; 協助註冊技工進行升降機及自動梯之安裝、年檢、大修或保養工作; 有機會須於不同工作地點工作, 包括工程地盤
Foreman / Forewoman
負責策劃、組織、管理及協調地盤的工作及資源; 協助註冊工程師進行優化升降機工程, 以提升安全水平; 出席工地會議與工程人員協調, 確保項目在預算內按時完成
Elevator / Escalator Mechanic
負責升降機或自動梯之安裝/維修工作; 處理及分析技術問題, 尋找問題根源, 研究及推行改善方案; 有機會須於不同工作地點培訓學徒及工作, 包括工程地盤
Assistant Engineer / Engineer
Responsible for installation of intruder Alarm System, Access Control, CCTV / DVR Systems; Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with internal and external to ensure the works are completed according to design intent and the workmanship is up to the company's standard; Report the work progress and status regularly such as work variation, change of design, abortive works etc. if any
Building Attendant/Security Guard (Night Shift)
General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard, Performing general property management and customer service duties, Patrolling, Visitor registration, Handling complaints and enquiries from guests and tenants, Vehicle registration
Warehouse Assistant
Picking, receiving, and organizing warehouse items; Handling some material and documents deliveries, etc.; Assisting with some office miscellaneous tasks, like photocopying, binding documents, and packaging (守時, 具責任感, 具良好工作態度, 待人有禮)
