協助準備食材，包括清洗、切割等;負責保持工場廚房整潔衛生，包括清洗器具、擦拭檯面、垃圾處理等;協助進行食品製作工作;負責清洗餐具、餐具的收納和管理;嚴格遵守食品安全和衛生規定，確保廚房操作符合相關法規;包括生產用具、地面清潔等;在需要時協助其他廚房工作，確保廚房運作順利

接聽來電，解答客人一般查詢，處理客人預約事宜，並安排、協調及提示客人預約時間；一般接待工作及跟進客人需要，包括客人使用器材前的預備及使用器材後的整理；獨立處理一般文書工作，包括安排物資存放及添置購買(網上購物)
