$60.00 - $150.00 per hour, Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM, Sat and Sun: 10:00AM-5:00PM, 1 - 3 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 3 - 6 working hours per day, 需於星期六/日上班; 需於節慶假日上班
Property Assistant (12 hrs Night Shift) - Shouson Hill
To carry out daily operations in the property including patrol, handling customers enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents; To maintain good relationship with occupants by rendering prompt service at all times (Fixed working location)

Handling building management matters and daily affairs; Property management and security work, including patrols, visitor registration, handling inquiries, and complaints; Providing excellent customer service

Fitting Technician
Assess performance and condition of plant and machinery, checking for wear and tear and identifying potential breakdowns and report to Supervisors; React to site breakdowns, provide technical problem-solving solutions to site personnel, identify and report any defects likely to lead to major breakdowns; Working with the Supervisor to complete reports to ensure all progress, downtime, plant and equipment defects are correctly recorded
Car Park Building Assistant (Happy Valley - Day Shift)
Responsible for the daily operation of a building including patrolling, and handling customer's enquiries and complaints
