負責食品廠內機電設備的日常維護和管理，確保設備正常運行,測試及查察冷氣、供水、排水系統等設備正常運作,制定和執行設備維護計劃，定期檢查和測試機電設備，以提高設備的可靠性和效率,協助監督承辦商及管理維修人員工作,監督維修團隊的工作，提供技術指導和培訓
