General duties of Shop Sales/ Assistant, Responsible for daily shop operation, serving customers, Arranging and displaying merchandise, Selling products, assisting in shop operation, Placing orders and collecting payments
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Purchase Discount, Meal Allowance and Year-end Bonus, 7:30AM-7:30PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 11 - 12 working hours per day
Office Assistant (Part time)
Responsible for document logistics, other outdoor tasks, Assist in general office administration duties, Assist in office maintenance duties, Provide support to ad hoc duties as required
Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS Trainee (Project Team)
Assist in preparing and managing budgets for construction projects; Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs; Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data for cost estimates; Assist in preparing cost reports and forecasts for projects; Collaborate with project teams to ensure that project budgets and schedules are met; Maintain project documentation.
Company Driver
Responsible for general driver work; driving private cars to pick up senior managers and their family members; Managing the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside; Must comply with company requirements for car use, and may occasionally need to work overtime (Pick up the car in Kowloon Tong/Beacon Hill/Kwun Tong) (Performance Award and Overtime Time-off in lieu)
Project Assistant / Project Trainee (Fitting Out)
Liaise with frontline staff & follow up on all aspects of fitting-out projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.; Coordinate & collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations; Assist the QA/QC team in implementing company policies; Assist in ad hoc assignments when required (工作地點視乎工程項目需要而定)
