Cook (Bread/ Cake)
負責烘焙工房之日常管理及運作, 包括生產工作流程及製作, 負責計算業務生產成本, 原材料之用量, 訂購及儲存, 制定及鑽研出品, 並計算其所需物料份量及控制成本, 執行上司指引, 確保食物及工作環境合乎指定之衛生標準, 核對及點收供應商送到之食材及雜貨等, 確保各項貨品收妥及處理有關賬單
Foreman / Forewoman (Reno, Repair & Fitting-out)
To attend site meetings and coordinate work arrangements with construction staff including sub-contractors and workers, supervise sequence of works to comply with method statements, construction and safety plans, able to read and understand construction drawings, prepare Minor Works documents and daily records, ensure quality of works and assist the superior in efficient operation
Building Attendant/Security Guard
巡視物業; 確保所有設施運作正常; 處理顧客查詢; 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故; 主動與業戶接觸維持良好關係 (固定工作地點及更份)
