帶領督導下屬處理個別緊急事故, 執行建築物消防安全措施; 組織物業維修保養工作, 購買及驗收物料; 執行屋苑日常各類水電、木、鐵器設施、建築裝修維修保養工作, 包括防銹護理、油漆及更換損壞的設施等; 跟進及監督承辦商維修保養的施工; 向上級匯報承辦商施進展及質量情況,工作地點:廣播道
Hospital Cleaner (Shatin)
Responsible for the cleaning of corridors, stairs, washrooms, clinics, etc. outside the hospital wards (Workplace: Prince of Wales Hospital)
Equipment Operator
To operate equipments to assist baggage/ cargo/ mail loading and unloading (pick up vehicle at Chek Lap Kok)
Crew Bus Driver
Responsible for driving coach bus in Airport area and in the city; complete tasks assigned by superiors, pick up vehicle at Chek Lap Kok
