General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants (工作地點: 日出康城商場)
Basic Salary with Commission around $16,000 - $18,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training and Promotion Opportunity, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 11:30AM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, 2 hours rest period

準備及檢查每天所需食材及日常用品;按要求，指引及食譜準備食品;協助及協調烹調菜式;保持工作區域的清潔，符合公司的衛生標準;確保已遵守成本控制的政策及程序，善用食材;收貨及盤點;執行公司分配的相關職責和任務
Night Shift Commercial Customer Services Assistant
To carry out daily operations in the property including patrol, Handling customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
Building Services Mechanic
負責公司物業的木器/鐵器/泥水/油漆等維修及保養工作, 並協助監督承判商工作; 監控及滙報承判商服務及運作進度, 確保其工作符合公司之指引及要求; 執行上司指派及其他與公司物業有關的任務 (具5年或以上木工/金工/泥水/油漆相關工作經驗)
