General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants, 負責銷售及租賃一二手住宅樓盤, 接待客戶、售後服務, 協助日常銷售工作 (工作地點: 坑口連理街)
Basic Salary with Commission around $16,000 - $18,000 per month, with Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training, Performance Award and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, 2小時休息時間

制定主要市場出境遊營銷與社交媒體策略，旺季推廣活動、優化管道。與航空公司、地接單位等聯絡，負責產品後勤工作。與推廣部門溝通，把控宣傳創意工作。依市場變定目標，監察平台開發，支援銷售團隊。需要時赴內地參加展銷，拓展供應商並建長期合作關係。
