負責協助上級維持各餐飲廚房運作暢順, 協助上級烹調所有食物出品, 包括: 熱廚, 凍廚和甜品等; 按主廚的要求處理生肉, 家禽及魚類; 按營養食譜獨立烹煮不少於三十款菜式; 負責保持廚房環境安全及清潔; 協助其他廚師完成日常工作, 如補充存貨; 履行由上司安排的任何適當的工作 (2年合約)
