General duties of Property Consultant / Representative, Showing properties to customers, explaining terms and conditions of sale or rent, Facilitating negotiation between buyers and sellers, proprietors and tenants, 負責銷售及租賃一二手住宅樓盤; 接待客戶、售後服務; 協助日常銷售工作(工作地點: 坑口連理街)
Basic salary with Commission around $16,000 - $18,000 per month, with Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training, Performance Award and Year-end Bonus, 9:30AM-6:30PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 7 working hours per day, 2小時休息時間

一般客戶服務助理工作，處理分行之雜務，例如文件整理，列印樓盤紙之工作，負責分行之所有常務工作，填報的資料，消息發放等，需外勤工作，協助分行同事後勤，協助團隊聯絡客戶, 售後服務，學習及熟悉有關地產運作，及更專業工作項目，接聽電話 ，接待客戶，更新分行門面及傳單資料，點收鎖匙，學習買賣程序
