General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard
$15,500 - $18,500 per month, 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day, 食飯時間1小時及小休時間,無需超時工作
IT Systems Engineer-on shift
Provide daily Data Ctr Op, incl Sys Health chk, batch job proc, rept printing & back up tape. Resp Sys upgrades, application impl & patch mgt, Manage Win/Linux/Virtual machine/Cloud infra, provide TSG serv, analyze Sys logs & identify potential issues in IT/Networking
Property Consultant/ Representative
負責協助拍攝樓盤全景相; 學習物業銷售; 利用社交媒體廣告發掘潛在客戶; 網上樓盤影片宣傳工作; 磋商買賣或租賃條款; 銷售, 文件處理; 處理客戶查詢; 介紹物業給潛在買家; 整理物業資料; 磋商買賣條款; 樓盤影片宣傳 (公司免費考牌培訓協助考取地產牌照及津貼牌照費)
