General cleaning duties (toilets, offices)

$8,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, 5:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 6 working hours per day

Simple clerical work, e.g copying, faxing and scanning documents

Responsible for collecting garbage, cleaning duties in private residential estate

Responsible for general cleaning duties in private residential estate

Responsible for providing patrolling services of car park and property and general security work (With 每年安康假1天)

Responsible for plumbing, electricity and carpentry maintenance of the property (with 每年安康假1天)

負責聯絡政府部門、銀行等機構，支援前線同事解決問題

負責聯絡按揭部、法律部同事，協助處理有關成交後之法律及按揭問題

一般客戶服務助理工作，處理分行之雜務，例如文件整理，列印樓盤紙之工作，負責分行之所有常務工作，填報的資料，消息發放等，需外勤工作，協助分行同事後勤，助團隊聯絡客戶, 售後服務，學習及熟悉有關地產運作
