Cook dishes, soup&noodles; Prepare & purchase ingredients, monitor stock; Plan menus & design dishes; Monitor food quality&hygiene; Train staff; Manage kitchen operation; Assist & oversee other cook.
Dish Washer
Dish washing and general cleaning; Dish washing in restaurant; Cleaning tableware and kitchen utensils; Cleaning kitchen; Operating dish-washing machine; Daily cleaning of restaurant.
Junior Cook
Preparing food / ingredients; Assisting food preparation and cooking; Cleaning kitchen; Performing miscellaneous kitchen duties; Assisting the Chef (will not complete dishes independently).
Waiter/ Waitress
Taking orders; Serving customers; Collecting payment and operating a cash register; Setting up and cleaning up tables.
Massagist
Provide massage (body/foot) services to customers; answer customer inquiries about treatments and assist with sales
Cleaner
Cleaning shop; Cleaning lavatory / washroom; Collecting, removing and handling garbage.
