$20,000 - $30,000 per month(Depends on experience), with Medical Scheme, Discretionary Bonus, Public Holiday, Promotion Opportunity and Free Shuttle Bus, 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 4 working hour per half day (Object oriented design & basic knowl of software & networking), (Knowl in Spring Frameworkes,Hibernate,Docker & CI/CD pref.)
Assistant Building & Construction Project Manager/ess
Coordinating projects, Supervising work progress and work safety; 設計及工程文件審查; 建立和跟進工程進度表; 與承包商、供應商、現場主管、設計師和客戶經理進行溝通及提供解決方案
Building Attendant/Security Guard

Technician (Builder)
Carry out regular preventive maintenance to building fabric and features; Liaise with contractors and monitor work; Attend emergency checking and repairs; Attend service calls and subsequent repair; Inspect tenant's fitting out and reinstatement work; Attend tenant's maintenance requests and coordination; and carry out subsequent repair work; Attend inspection of E&M systems after tenant's fitting out work and reinstatement
Building Attendant

Duty Engineer
Ensuring all services and systems are in working condition before the normal office hours begins; Attending and reporting emergency breakdown and other technical incidents in the buildings; Monitoring tenants' fitting out work and reporting for any irregularities; Supervising all technical works scheduled within the duty period (with Mobile Phone Allowance $100 per month,可選免供款公積金或強積金及員工渡假屋)
Duty Technician (Evening and Night Shifts)
Handle day to day routine repair and maintenance work; Liaise with contractors and monitor work; Carry out periodic inspection to building installation & E&M rooms; Attend and handle emergency repairs and service calls; Inspect tenant's fitting out and reinstatement work; Attend commissioning of building services system after tenant's fitting out work
