負責處理及切割急凍/冰鮮肉類; 熟悉凍肉產品，懂操作切割機器; 分配及指導生產線人員工作，維持生產線正常運作，監控生產線運作及產品質量， 提升生產線及人員效率; 協助生產經理完成每日生產指標; 保持生產工場達高水準的食品安全及衛生標準; 監管工場環境及工具清潔

凍房工作，負責包裝及儲存貨品，協助將貨品運送到車斗，處理報銷貨品
