負責為用戶解決電腦問題, 處理電話, 電郵查詢, To handle incoming service requests, incidents and problems via different communication channels such as phone, email and instant messenger, Provide first level support and remote troubleshooting for end users, Record calls into the call logging system
薪金 :

要求學歷 :
中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 有相關經驗優先
