負責獨立處理水電維修, 日常保養, 定期檢測及雜項等工作 (有需要處理非辦公時間的緊急維修及執行臨時任務) ; 需外出工作

每月$18,000, 有超時工作津貼, 雙糧, 年假10天 及醫療保險, 上午8時至下午7時, 每週工作5天至6天,輪休, 每天工作 9.5 小時, (1小時午膳時間)
