Maintaining and inspecting plumbing, electricity and air-conditioning systems, General duties of Repairing/Maintenance Skilled Worker, Sourcing materials and parts, 負責公司水電設備及電器維修保養，例如到分店工場維護洗車機、水喉等。採購及整理維修保養所需之水電零件。每月協助寫字樓派送工場貨品給各分店。需駕駛公司車到港九新
