Shipping / Logistic Officer

Responsibility Shipping Coordination : - Lead the team on daily shipping operation and support cargo arrangement; - Monitor and manage shipment status, cargo conditions and ensure on-time deliveries; - Formulate the framework, policy, SOP involved in the team; - Handle sudden transportation incidents and establish new initiatives as derived from incidents; Logistic Support : - Prepare logistic reports and data analysis for effective logistics solutions; - Handle pre-classification and license application for strategic commodities; - Explore new technologies applications, new vendors and/or service provider as required; - Collaborate with other teams to drive cross-departmental projects for continuous improvement; - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement Academic Level: Bachelor Degree or above; Field of Study: Supply Chain Management or Logistics related disciplines; Working Experience: At least 4 years or above of hands-on experience in the area of logistic field or shipping coordination; - Familiar in MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint); - Self-motivated and ability to work independently with logical mindset; - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Additional Information - Double Pay; - Discretionary Incentive Bonus; - Medical, Dental & Life Insurance Scheme; - 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. (Monday to Saturday, alternative off on Saturday); - 12-19 days annual leave All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
