Responsible for maintaining customer’s satisfaction and SLA; Identify fault and analyze the service problems; Provide pre-sales and/or after sales support to customers; Prepare reports and documents on operations and maintenance; Provide the training to internal and external customers

要求學歷 :
中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文; 具有基本電腦操作知識; 懂影音工程系統安裝維修基礎知識優先，有責任感，能獨立處事，良好工作組織技巧，良好溝通技巧
