Warehouse Administrative Assistant 倉務助理

•Responsible for daily warehouse operation and inventory control by operating the ERP & Smart warehouse system. •Managing Material Picking process and Material Return Process •Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks and stock takes with teams •Perform general administration duties e.g. arrange courier service, data input the system •Coaching warehouse assistants and drivers •Prepare weekly and monthly report of Inventory – including in-bound and outbound. •Maintain good communication with internal and external parties •Assist on ad-hoc duties and projects Job Requirements •Diploma or above in warehouse, logistics or related discipline •2-3 years’ relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operation, preferably gained in FMCG or retail industry •Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to figures •Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as in computer applications •Experience in ERP operation •Immediate available is highly preferred •負責一般倉務文職工作, 包括資料輸入﹑接聽電話﹑安排運輸等 •使用ERP及智能倉庫系統,處理行政日常事務 •安排倉庫日常收發貨,記錄數據 •定期盤點,保持倉存數據準確及編寫報告 •聯絡、安排及統籌出貨事宜 •協調倉務員及司機運作 •處理主管特派工作 職位要求: •文憑程度, 2 - 3年倉務經驗 •需具備使用ERP系統經驗或對ERP 流程有認識者優先考慮 •懂電腦文書處理, 對微軟辦公系統有認識 •良好粵語, 一般英語 •懂讀寫流利中文, 亦需讀寫一般英文 •能即時上班者優先考慮
