負責督導護理員，為長者提供優質服務和照顧；監察護理成效以作適時跟進；處理院舍內一切護理事務；負責院舍長者的護理及健康計劃、管理藥物、管理食物營養、院舍衛生；執行各項健康檢查程序等；協助護士監察護理程序及維持有關服務之質素
每月$16,000 - $20,000, 上午7時至下午8時, 每週工作6天,輪休, 每天工作 10 小時
