每月$18,000 - $25,000, 有交通津貼, 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天至6天, 星期六長短週

負責辦公室內一般清潔,清倒垃圾及清洗水杯,保持茶水間清潔,於開會及需要時提供茶水

負責監察各項機電系統運作及保養維修; 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施; 進行預防性及緊急故障維修; 協助監督外判承辦商工程進度、質素及安全; 匯報工程及維修進度; 需協助管理處上門視察維修問題; 執行上級指派的職務
