接聽客戶的熱線諮詢，聆聽客戶需求，解答問題； 根據客戶需求，提供相關幫助； 處理客戶的投訴，並及時轉交相關部門進行處理； 根據公司制定的流程，進行客戶信息的記錄和整理
每小時$70.00, 及每接聽一個熱線諮詢電話有$50, 下午6時至凌晨1時或凌晨1時至上午9時, 每週工作6天,輪班,輪休, 每天工作 7-8 小時, 無需超時工作
