General duties of Technician, Performing routine maintenance or servicing, 大樓內維修保養, 確保工程順利進行(業務與銷售骨灰龕位有關)
Floor Supervisor
監督有關臥室、浴室清潔和布草服務的家政標準和程序執行，開啟和關閉班次，確保完成有效的交班，進行房間分配和房間檢查，就客人和酒店的要求與前台和工程部聯絡，履行上司交辦的其他職責

Responsible for planning and arranging engineering work; follow up and inspect the site safety, quality and progress; technical support, outdoor work
