Plan, execute and monitor projects,Coordinate the project site works ,Prepare project documents, ensure all project records, reports, drawings and manuals are kept and updated, Execute Fire Services works contract, site work is required
Technician
負責一般水/電/冷/泥水油漆/木器維修; 定期維修、檢查會所水、電、冷氣設備，並完成相關記錄; 每日主動巡視地方、檢查設施，向上級報告損壞情況; 協助監察承辦商進行維修及保養工作，確保安全及質量; 協助處理倉庫物料儲存、盤點及填寫物料出入記錄; 協助訂購物料; 負責慶典、活動佈置工作
